5. It’s a common dessert here in the Czech Republic. It’s called "Indian" here and it’s basically a sponge-biscuit with a whipped egg white+sugar sort of filling (which is on top of the biscuit) and then it’s covered in a thin layer of chocolate.

7. Why don’t you ask the poster in the thread you saw it in? There are a lot of programs that can do that. So without them saying which it would be near impossible to tell. ALTHOUGH, a good place to start would be by figuring out which program that is he has maximized since that is most likely his mp3 player. And by most likely I mean it is. It’s called foobar2000. He put a custom (and admittedly gay) skin on it. All you need to do is find it.
